CONGRATULATIONS Mark & Jennifer Victoria's newest Sale Polocrosse Player has arrived.  Grandaughter for Noel and Marilyn Dakota Jewel Semmens, little sister for Mikaela,  arrived early Saturday 28th April 6.10am  ( Just in time for the first game! ) weighing 3.64kg and with a no.3 on her back

 TRISTATE 2007

Well our Victorian Junior Teams did the state proud yet again. The Under 16's coached by Lance Owen, played hard but found the Queensland and NSW teams a little too strong.

The Sub-Junior Side coached by Jeff Kyne played extremely well together, with each player coming away from the weekend with drive and  determination to face NSW next year.  The Vic team played all 3 NSW sides, beating NSW 3 by 10 goals and NSW 2 by 4 goals and was only beaten by the NSW 1 Side by 11 goals.  NSW1  was the side that they faced in the final on Sunday.  The Vic subbies were out classed on the day, but they didnt stop fighting until the final siren.

     Jess Kelly         - "Overall Sportsmanship Award"
     Josh Robson    - Best No 2 (Josh played for the Tasmanian Under 16's)

ANNOUNCEMENT

Polocrosse Australia is offering one A grade umpire from Victoria to go to Western Australia on the 13th & 14th of October for the WA Champs to umpire.  This is what Trent Cooper & Charlie Melbourne did at the Victorian Champs.  You will be represeting Polocrosse Victoria & all the travel expenses are paid for.  If anyone is interested please let Brad Cooper know by e-mail b_kcoop@bigpond.net.au or phone on 03 59788630 by the 30th of June.
