A complete standstill
has been declared in Victoria on all movements of horses, including

becoming established in Australia.
The standstill begins at 4.30pm today (25 August 2007) for 72 hours
or until further notice. Any horses in transit should return to the
property they departed from and all other horses are to remain at
their current location until further notice.
Please forward the below information to all of your industry
contacts.
